Dr. Sarita Rao is Senior Interventional Cardiologist and Director of the Cath Lab at Apollo Hospitals, Indore — one of Central India's premier cardiac care centres. Over 35,000 complex cardiac procedures have been performed under her leadership, spanning angioplasty, structural heart interventions, device implantation, and preventive cardiology.

A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), European Society of Cardiology (FESC), and SCAI (FSCAI), she is also President of WINCARS, Co-Chair of EAPCI International Affairs, and an SCAI International Board Member.
